I use habit tracker to not to give up some important and regular actions. It's really helpful. First you should get some paper and set on blocks like this picture.

For IELTS or Learning English aims you can write these things down on your sheet.

1. 10 phrases with their using.
2. Learn one grammar topic completely.
3. Write a journal at least one page. (it's also helpful for self-improvement)
etc.

My personal advice here is set some clear aims for each week such as "70 phrase" or "7 pages or journal" becouse it can still keep you in track and bring you up to the goal faster. And once more is don't set too many habits here.(!) When you are writing you may have great motivation but it usually becomes to a reason to give up all habits completely. Try with a few and do more than you have set. It's more efficient.

I love learning languages. However, I have not attempted for another language yet. Just for personal passions, I read one article that shows how long does it take to learn foreign language?

They are for average learner whose native is English, and if you know English already these languages are easiest ones for you :

• Group 1: 24-30 weeks (600-750 class hours)
Danish, Dutch, Italian, Norwegian, Romanian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Swedish. These are the languages most similar to English.

• Group 2: approximately 36 weeks (900 class hours)
German, Indonesian, Malay, Swahili.

• Group 3: approximately 44 weeks (1100 class hours)
Amharic, Bulgarian, Cambodian, Czech, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Lao, Polish, Russian, Serbo-Croatian, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese.

• Group 4: 88 weeks (2200 class hours)
Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

As I said earlier, this is exactly true. They are based on average speakers' experiences. As you know, Russian or any other Turkish languages are easier to us. You can master in Turkmen, Kazakh or Tajik up to few months. After reaching C1 in English, I will begin learning UN official languages that are Arabic, Russian, French, Chinease and Spanish.

What foreign languages you would like to learn after English?
