When I wake up, I drink a mug of hot water and have breakfast only after 2 hours.
For example, today I woke up at 8:30 and had breakfast at 11:00.
For breakfast I had boiled breakfast: buckwheat and an egg. Also made flapjacks for kids and tried just a bite of it.
At 12:30 I did this exercise. To be honest, it wasn’t easy. I couldn’t do some of them properly.
