I mostly did jogging . Almost 20 minutes.
Also I want to add one more thing as pleasure - something that made my day, something that made me feel happier or relaxed.
PLEASURE
TAKING A HOT BATH in the middle of the night. That’s sooo refreshing and relaxing .
P. S. My today’s diet was a little bit heavy. Especially, dinner. It was a mistake to eat 2 slices of pastry. Because after that I felt so angry with myself and a bit sick. Not gonna happen again!
