14:00 a piece of chocolate

14:30 a slice of pizza, a slice of sushi, a half of cheese stick, a glass of water

16:30 yoghurt, a piece of chicken wing

17:50 apple

21:10 2 slices of pizza, 2 sausage rolls, a candy.

03:00 a chocolate candy

Exercises

I mostly did jogging . Almost 20 minutes.

Also I want to add one more thing as pleasure - something that made my day, something that made me feel happier or relaxed.

PLEASURE

TAKING A HOT BATH in the middle of the night. That’s sooo refreshing and relaxing .


P. S. My today’s diet was a little bit heavy. Especially, dinner. It was a mistake to eat 2 slices of pastry. Because after that I felt so angry with myself and a bit sick. Not gonna happen again!

15:30 a bowl of chicken soup

16:30 an apple

18:00 a bowl of chicken soup, marshmallow

19:30 black bread with cheese

20:00 chicken soup.

22:30 a glass of kefir

P. S. Today I’m proud of myself a little bit more. Because I didn’t eat junk food at night that we had ordered. There was my fav pizza and cheese sticks (getting a watery mouth while typing just a name of the food). I used to snack on anything I could see, especially, at night. I used to think that it’s better to go to sleep with a full stomach which was really not a good way to treat my body. Now I’m getting good at controlling my unreasonable urges to chew and eat.

P. S. Planning to do exercises 5 days a week and have a break at the weekend.
