- Medical certificate in electronic format (certificate from narcological, psychological dispensary) on the form 075/u, approved by order № DSM-175/2020 RK. - Six 3x4 cm photos and one 3x4 cm electronic image recorded on a CD; - a personal record sheet, confirmed by the human resources department at the place of work, and other document confirming the employment history; Individuals with a TOEFL ITP (Test of Institutional English as a Foreign Language Programme) certification will take an additional English language proficiency test during the doctoral entrance examination. The number of test items for the Supplementary English Language Proficiency Test is 100 questions. The maximum score is 100 points. The Supplementary English Language Test is graded either 'pass' or 'fail'. You need to score a minimum of 75 in order to qualify. Supplementary English language tests are administered by STOs at organisations determined by the relevant education authority.
