Please be informed that DSS, Campus Security and SG are working closely together to resolve the pressing issues of last couple of days regarding campus access for you. However, we really need your input to come to consensus.

Today DSS has sent the link to Google Form with survey about campus access to your emails. Be advised that it's anonymous although if you wish, you can write your name to make your response personal.

Please find the link in your inboxes and help us to solve this issue.

Hours of Room Booking

The room booking hours on campus are available now from 8.00 am until 00.00 am. In order to use the room the requester has to provide a booking confirmation email at the security point of each block and then receive the key.
All other regulations and instructions are available here.

This prolongation does not apply to Library individual study rooms.

Following your numerous feedback about water shortage the Ministry is happy to announce that new water machines have been installed in Block 24 and Block 27.

Currently, machine in Block 24 is operational, and the machine in Block 27 will be launched soon.

We thank our colleagues at USM for their assistance in this matter. Please, handle the equipment with care.
